Chai tea is super easy to make and tastes better than any chai I’ve had from a tea bag.
Add these to a pot:
Cardamom seeds (crush a few pods to get the seeds out)
A piece of ginger (fresh or candied, cut up)
A small piece of a cinnamon stick
Boil and then simmer for at least 15 minutes. The herbs/spices can also be brewed in a pot with black tea. I like this with almond milk.
