Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS. Orders over 1 lb are shipped by Priority Mail. We reserve the right to ship larger orders by UPS or by other carriers.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm EST. Orders are generally shipped within two business days of receipt. Package delivery may be slower than normal due to Covid-19 and higher demands on carriers. We send tracking information when your order ships so you can check the status of your package.


If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, we will replace or exchange the damaged item(s) at your request.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you order from us, we will refund your money or exchange the product, whichever you prefer. Please contact us at to initiate a refund or exchange. Include “Refund/Exchange Request” in the subject line and the following information in your email:

The nature of your complaint

Your preference for a replacement or refund.

Refunds or exchanges will be equivalent to the price paid at the time of the initial purchase. Processing and shipping time for refunds and exchanges is approximately 10 days from receipt of the request for a refund or exchange.
