SHIPPING AND RETURNS

One Earth Body Care’s Happiness Pledge:

We want you to be thrilled with your One Earth Body Care products. If you are not satisfied with a product, please let us know. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

SHIPPING

Orders under 1 lb are shipped via USPS. Orders over 1 lb are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or by UPS. Our shipping packaging includes recycled padded mailers and cardboard boxes. We reuse fill material, and this can consist of paper fill or plastic bubble wrap. We do not purchase plastic fill but reuse packaging that our raw materials are shipped to us in.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm EST. Orders are generally shipped within two business days of receipt. Package delivery may be slower than normal during holidays and other times of high demand on carriers. We send tracking information when your order ships so you can check the status of your package.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns of our body care products as we believe it is not hygienic to restock and resell these items.

If you receive damaged merchandise, we will refund or replace the damaged item(s) at your request. Please contact us at info@oneearthbodycare.com if you receive a damaged product.

One Earth Body Care is not responsible for allergic or other individual reactions to any of the ingredients in our products. All products on our website include a complete ingredients list – please review the ingredients before ordering. If you have a sensitivity or allergy to any listed ingredient, please do not use the product.
